The Catholic University of New Spain (UCNE) has signed an agreement of cooperation with the International Youth Organization for Ibero-america, a prestigious intergovernmental organization comprised of twenty one member countries. The OIJ is the sole intergovernmental organization with a focus on youth. UCNE and OIJ are cooperating on several projects including providing scholarships for graduate studies to promising young professionals and also fostering more research dealing with youth related issues.
