The Catholic University of New Spain signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Guayaquil, Ecuador's largest public university. The agreement includes action plans to improve student mobility and also for joint research programs. Chancellor Michael Fridovich signed the agreement on behalf of the Catholic University of New Spain.
