H.E. Dr. Rosalía Arteaga Serrano, Former President of the Republic of Ecuador has joined the advisory board of the Catholic University of New Spain. President Arteaga is a writer and anthropologist with many years of experience in governance, serving both as Vice President and as President of the Republic of Ecuador. UCNE is proud to have her as an active board member.
