On Sunday December 6th, the Father Reynord Araya, Chaplain of the Catholic University of New Spain and Honorary Dean of Theology, co-presided a ceremony with the Vice Mayor of the Municipality of Alajuela, to present the Medal of San Fernando to Mr. Asdrubal Alfaro Acosta, a prominent community leader. Mass was followed by the presentation of the insignia.
