La Universidad Católica de Nueva España le otorga el Reconocimiento de DOCTOR HONORIS CAUSA al AB. JUAN CARLOS VALLE MATUTE, por su destacada trayectoria en su actividad como abogado y Juez de tribunal Penal de los tribunales del Ecuador, su respetuosa confrontación de ideas, el debate político de altura, la investigación metódica y sistemática de los temas de interés nacional; y el constructor de una línea de pensamiento en “Derecho Público y Comunicación Política” generó como resultado el posicionamiento del país como referencia internacional en el derecho político crítico y libre.
El Abogado Juan Carlos Valle Matute muestra en sí mismo que dichos valores se traducen inequívocamente y de forma trascendente, en que Ecuador será siempre una referencia mundial por la calidad positiva de su gente. Esto es, entonces, ser un Doctor Honoris Causa por la Universidad Católica de Nueva España.
The Catholic University of New Spain grants the recognition of DOCTOR HONORIS CAUSA to JUAN CARLOS VALLE MATUTE, for his outstanding career in his activity as a lawyer and Criminal Court Judge of the courts of Ecuador, his respectful confrontation of ideas, high-level political debate, methodical and systematic research on issues of national interest; and the builder of a line of thought in "Public Law and Political Communication" generated as a result the positioning of the country as an international reference in the critical and free political law.
Mr. Juan Carlos Valle Matute shows in himself that these values translate unequivocally and transcendently, in that Ecuador will always be a world reference for the positive quality of its people. This is, then, to be a Doctor Honoris Causa by the Catholic University of New Spain.
