Orlando Sotela, Cultural Delegate of the Catholic University of New Spain, delivered a presentation on the 19th of November at a Gala in Madrid. Mr. Sotela focused on the importance of art in the 21st century and in particular, the support the University provides for the promotion of culture in the Americas and Europe.
